We start by defining measurable performance benchmarks that match your company goals and recruitment needs. These KPIs are how our team evaluates our performance.

Just as we take the time to get to know you and your needs, we do the same with our candidates. Each application is carefully reviewed. When a candidate meets the job requirements, they're interviewed face-to-face by one of Snelling's experienced recruiting professionals. We also verify past employment, run background checks, and order drug screens. By the time you meet one of our candidates, you know they've been through an exhaustive screening process - all at no extra cost to you. 

Step 5

Onboarding & Orientation

Once we've selected the right candidate, our team handles every aspect of onboarding and orientation. Say goodbye to tedious new hire paperwork, training, and payroll set-up... We've got it under control. Need specific training administered to your associates before their first day? No problem - we will handle that too. You can rest assured that Snelling candidates have been thoroughly vetted and are ready to hit the ground running when they walk through your doors. 

Step 6
Quality & Retention

Our collaboration with you doesn't end once they are placed on assignment. In fact, our team does everything from arrival checks for new associates to periodic performance check-ins with you, our client. We also perform weekly associate care checks and offer performance-based incentives to keep them engaged and happy. Our team is also specially trained to step in and offer performance-related counseling and coaching for our associates when necessary.
